It was hard not to notice however that whenever somebody would be looking for something on here, pCloud seemed to always have the solution. I've used a ton of different ones, purveying the landscape. I believe it allows WebDav access which can be a big plus if that's a goal of yours.Īnyway, lots of flavors out there for sure. Haven't tried Mega or Trestorit or Koofr ( ) Koofr is not end-to-end encrypted, but you can add that if you want with Cryptomator or Boxcryptor I believe. I use iCloud mimimally just to sync some setitngs across devices. I've used Onedrive and dumped it, Google Drive and dumped it. ![]() LIke, it's been around a long time and is very established. On Windows it might be my first choice though. On the mac side it requires a middleware piece called "Fuse" or MacFuse which allows it to work with macOS file system. PCloud is highly recommended in reviews and has the option for a "Crypto" folder (client side encrypted) which costs extra. They are very much a startup but they have a lot of functionality out of the box. Doesn't run on Linux but is very mature and the sharing of folders works well between users. It's client side encrypted all the time which can be good or can get in the way depending on what you want to do. Personally I use primarily but am open to looking around.
